Role Title: Technical Solution Specialist (Cybersecurity)
Business: Project Office

We are looking for a Technical Solution Specialist to grow our Enterprise Operations business unit. As a Technical Solution Specialist, you should have a strong technical understanding of cyber security technologies, solutions and services.

Your responsibilities include providing recommendations and assessments of cybersecurity products and services available in the market. You are also responsible to build technical capabilities within the organization, support the implementation and deployment of cybersecurity technologies, participate in mentorship and traineeship program of SOC L1 specialists. We are keen to have a conversation with candidates that appreciates collaboration and is passionate about cybersecurity.

Role Responsibilities
• Provide recommendations and assessment of cybersecurity tools/products and services • Responsible to build technical capabilities within the organization, support the implementation and deployment of cybersecurity technologies, participate in mentorship and traineeship program of SOC L1 specialists • Review, assess and support the implementation of (POC) proof of concepts or tender proposals for cybersecurity related opportunities • Engage and collaborate with business units and vendors to ensure services are delivered successfully • Work with cybersecurity channel partners to introduce and recommend to internal and external stakeholder on the best practices and tools that can complement our workforce services. • Go-to-person for industry-standard cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, and CIS Controls • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences, from executives to engineers, to implement and manage long-term projects • Provide expertise in IT security solutions, applications and tools.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
• Candidates with Bachelor’s in Computer Science or closely related areas (Diploma holder may be considered) • At least 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity and risk management, threats, vulnerabilities, security policies etc • Strong technical understanding of cyber security technologies, solutions and services • CISSP/ CISM/ CISA/ CEH or equivalent certifications would be an added advantage

Requirements:
