Job Description

Role Purpose: 

Low code platforms are increasingly preferred by software developers to create and deploy critical web applications that can improve and transform businesses.

The key role of the Technical Solution Analyst is to provide technical expertise for this in-demand platform and low code software/applications development.

The Technical Solution Analyst will work closely with Business Units to build internal capability in low-code development and equip team members with necessary technical skills. This includes coaching, knowledge transfer and extending support to team members to deliver and maintain enterprise web applications.

The Technical Solution Analyst will be responsible for:

A. Leadership

• in low-code platform domain – software development / OutSystems as chosen platform / market trend
• team/service capability build up – includes training, coaching, development service setup (on-shore / off-shore)
• technology adoption (internal and external)

B. Consulting

• Effective engagement of relevant stakeholders to meet high success rate for the team
• Provide expertise in data models definition for low code applications by enforcing proper referential integrity constraints
• Develop functional components including screens, business logic, and custom UI and understand how to match existing user interface (UI) guidelines to meet requirements of customers
• Participate in user requirements and translating user story to system specifications and functions

• Participate in development project as PMO
• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Business

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s in IT relevant majors

• Professional Certification in Outsystems
• At least 5 years of software development experience with preferably with 2 years' experience of managing or mentoring junior developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to liaise with and manage internal and external stakeholder
• Innovative and creative in delivering the scope of work

• Ability to multitask efficiently.
