*Job Description

To be SME for large engagements for solutioning and manage capability as per defined goals, standards and budget (1.) To act as SME for existing large engagements and provide guidance in key framework implementation phase (2.) To be responsible for Framework led improvement in profit margins of engagements/Deals (for specific verticals/ set of engagements (3.) To be Responsible for Engagement Data analysis from framework/initiative perspective to fine-tune the framework guideline and capability development (4.) To effectively participate in proposaling phase as SME to guide the solution team on framework adhered solution approach (5.) To guide and engage the team for enhanced productivity and capability building (6.) To be responsible to achieve goals and initiatives within defined budget

Additional requirement

1. Should have experience of deliverng at least 3 to 4 end to end implementation projects on Oracle Hyperion EPM stack (HFM, Hyperion Planning, Workforce & CAPEX planning, FDMEE, FDQM, ERP Adaptors, DRM, HPCM, Essbase, Interactive reporting, Hyperion Financial Reporting & OBIEE) using Oracle methodologies
2. Should have also got expeosure of managing large scale Finance transformation projects in EPM space with Oracle stack (including Hyperion, EBS, FAH, OBIEE, FSDF)
3. Good understanding of leading EPM technologies and their respective strengths & weaknesses
4. Should have been able to define solution architecture, implementation options and understanding dependencies & risks with each option.
5. Excellent track of delivering projects with high quality and on target
6. Good understanding of Exadata/ Esalytics when positioned with Oracle EPM stackj
7. Experience in BFSI domain for 4-5 years is mandatory
8. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and client management skills
9. Should have worked in Hyperion FDQM, Hyperion System 9x, 11x based BI/OLAP Project
10. Should have good experience in Querying & Reporting
11. Should have good functional knowledge.
12. Should have managed 8-10 projects with overall span of 150+ resources
13. Should have managed revenue of USD 10 MN
14. Should have been onsite program manager for at least 2 of the Hyperion EPM implementation programs
15. Overall work expereince of 10 - 12 years in EPM space with 5-6 years in Oracle EPM
