🔧 Cosa farai ogni giorno:

Aiuterai il team interno risolvendo problemi tecnici (hardware e software) attraverso il sistema di ticketing ServiceNOW:

•
Supporterai il team HR nell’onboarding dei nuovi colleghi e nell’uscita di quelli in partenza.

•
Configurerai dispositivi per gli utenti seguendo procedure e standard aziendali.

•
Controllerai i backup e altre attività di business continuity.

•
Escalation dei problemi ai team tecnici specializzati quando necessario.

🧠 Cosa cerchiamo in te:

Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali

Buona conoscenza dei sistemi Windows e del pacchetto Microsoft Office

Attenzione ai dettagli e voglia di trovare soluzioni

🎓 Requisiti:

Diploma tecnico o laurea in un ambito pertinente

Italiano fluente

Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (livello professionale)
