Role: Technical Service Specialist for Business Intelligence (BI) Solution
Scope of the Role:
Handle L3 support for BI platform global solution (Qlikview, Informatica, Teradata). Drive Change Requests and Upgrades of the platform.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in managing L3 support for BI system
- Experienced in Informatica and Qlikview technology with hands on ability to deep dive and resolve issues
- Knowledge of Teradata, SSIS, COGNOS etc is advantage
- Experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) / Retail business domain
- Excellent communication skills with English Language
- Should be open to support out of office hours in case of incidents
