Technical Service Intern (12-month contract; part-time)

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities

• Provide support for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment setup across various sectors, both in office and hospital settings (field).
• Assist the team with administrative tasks including preparing quotations, supporting documentation, data entry, and maintaining service activity logs.
• Fulfil other ad hoc requests from the team.

Requirements

• Target: Welcome Year 2 - 3 students majoring in Engineering / Science.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform hands-on servicing of medical equipment and willingness to work in the field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in technical support for medical devices.
• Work as a team player to support other team members.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is essential.

Work Schedule: Minimum of 2 weekdays; during the summer, additional days are welcome based on operational needs.
