We are hiring for a leading global digital asset exchange that is looking for a highly skilled Technical SEO Specialist with strong CEX experience to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our crypto/growth products and content platforms to improve organic rankings and traffic across major search engines. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical SEO expertise, hands-on experience in the crypto/Web3 space, and a proven track record of driving measurable growth through technical optimization.

Job Description :

- Conduct regular, comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile responsiveness. Work closely with developers to implement technical fixes, ensuring compliance with search engine best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to rendering, JavaScript, structured data (Schema Markup), ISR/SSR, and overall site performance.

- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value and high-traffic opportunities within the crypto and Web3 sectors. Provide technical SEO guidance to the content team, ensuring all new content is SEO-ready from the start (e.g., proper use of tags, structured data, internal linking, and keyword placement).

- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor SEO performance and key KPIs. Prepare and deliver regular SEO reports, analyze data, highlight achievements, and recommend next steps for continuous improvement.

- Stay up to date with the latest crypto/Web3 industry trends as well as search engine algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategy remains innovative and competitive.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience. Prior experience in crypto, Web3, blockchain, or related technology sectors preferred.

- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Strong understanding of how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript impact SEO. Familiar with site architecture, log file analysis, redirect chains, hreflang implementation, and crawl budget optimization. Experience applying structured data (Schema Markup) for site optimization.

- Solid understanding of crypto concepts such as DeFi, NFT, DAO, and Web3 products, with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to emerging technologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with developers, product, content, and operations teams. Highly self-driven, capable of working independently, and proactive in identifying new optimization opportunities.
