We're thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting-edge technology with the future of sustainable energy! As our Technical Sales Manager Distribution (EU), you will ensure our residential distribution products are technically ready, compliant, and consistently supported across European markets.

• Technically own Sungrow's residential and C&I PV products, ensuring their readiness and compliance for EU markets.
• Provide first-line technical support to EU Technical Sales, Partner Success Managers (PSMs), and Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Conduct issue triage, root-cause analysis, and structured escalation of technical problems to HQ teams (Product, R&D, Solution, Certification).
• Maintain and control all EU technical documentation, including manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and technical presentations.
• Develop technical training materials for installers and partners, and contribute to knowledge bases, webinars, and LMS content.
• Act as the primary technical interface between EU teams and Sungrow HQ, ensuring clear communication and alignment.


Your profile:

• Possess a strong engineering background with experience in residential and C&I PV and battery storage systems.
• Have hands-on experience with 1-phase and 3-phase residential and C&I PV solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Be fluent in English (C1); Chinese is recommended (B2); additional European languages are a plus.
• Exhibit a structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused approach with a strong ownership mindset.
• Be an effective communicator in cross-cultural environments, comfortable working across multiple EU markets.
