Job Description

PT Sika Indonesia, a worldwide leader in construction chemical, construction industries such as transportation and infrastructure, power industry, water industry, manufacturing industry, commercial and residential buildings, ready mixed concrete and pre-cast concrete production. Currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the following position based at Cileungsi Bogor . The position below offers excellent long – term career prospects and an attractive remuneration package.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for new building project and maximizing potential clients in designated regions.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Persuading clients that product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and marketing events.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor (S1) degree from Any Department .
• Have minimum  experience 3 Years in sales area in Building Material Industry
• Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with the ability to thrive under pressure.
