Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our Commercial Department in Athens. This pivotal role bridges technical product knowledge and customer needs, supporting architects, consultants, engineers, public offices, and investors in specifying KEBE’s systems for their projects. Your contribution will be crucial to expanding our network, enhancing project acquisition, and solidifying our market position.
Core Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support through presentations, schematics, meetings, and written communication.
Visit and support architects, consultants, and engineers by offering tailored solutions for their projects.
Deliver technical training and product presentations to partners on both new and existing systems.
Build and maintain a strong clientele of industry professionals, fostering long-term relationships.
Collaborate with Product Development to shape customised product solutions based on market feedback.
Support the sales team by sharing key market insights, trends, and competitor activity.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure high-quality system installations and resolve technical queries.
Actively participate in industry events, representing KEBE and enhancing brand visibility.
Work alongside Sales Consultants to monitor and support ongoing regional projects.
Drive project acquisition and revenue growth through technical influence and strategic partnerships.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
A few years of experience in technical support, ideally in construction or building materials.
Solid understanding of construction systems and market needs.
Comfortable with computers and fluent in English.
Clear communicator who can translate technical details for different audiences.
Confident in presenting ideas, products, and solutions.
