1) Discovery & Client Engagement
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and pain points
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirement analysis
• Identify opportunities and propose suitable solutions
2) Pre-Sales Activities
• Deliver tailored product demos and presentations
• Translate technical features into business value
• Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution design
3) Sales Support & Closing
• Collaborate with Sales team to drive deals forward
• Handle client objections (technical & commercial)
• Contribute to proposal development and pricing discussions
• Support deal closing activities
4) Solution Design & Technical Alignment
• Recommend best-fit solutions based on client requirements
• Work closely with technical/implementation teams
• Ensure feasibility and alignment with product capabilities
5) Pipeline & Performance
• Support pipeline development and opportunity qualification
• Maintain accurate CRM updates
• Contribute to achieving sales targets
6) Stakeholder Management
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Build strong client relationships
Requirements:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA is a plus
Experience
• 3–6+ years of experience in Software Sales / Pre-Sales / Technical Sales
• Proven experience in selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions
• Experience working in B2B environment and dealing with corporate clients
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of software solutions and system architecture
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms is a plus
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Client-facing experience and stakeholder management
Sales & Pre-Sales Skills
• Experience in conducting discovery sessions and requirement gathering
• Ability to deliver tailored demos and product presentations
• Experience supporting RFP/RFQ and proposal development
• Understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
Language & Other Requirements
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel (if required)
