Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 700000 (ie INR 4 - 7 LPA)

We are looking for a proactive Technical Sales Assistant to support the sales function by combining technical understanding with strong coordination and communication skills. The role involves assisting in client interactions, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating demos, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution across the sales cycle.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Organize technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Help in understanding client needs and developing appropriate solution proposals.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical sales documentation.
• Keep CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline information up to date.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and post-sales teams to ensure prompt project execution.
• Monitor tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines using digital management tools.
• Compose professional emails, meeting summaries, and client correspondence.
• Perform basic market research regarding competitors, industry developments, and customer requirements.
• Provide support with travel arrangements, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in sales support, technical sales coordination, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in English for writing emails and documents.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office / Zoho WorkDrive, and digital tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Willing to travel occasionally for meetings, demonstrations, or events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial automation, machine vision, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales.
• Background in preparing proposals and coordinating with customers.
• Basic knowledge of technical products or engineering solutions.
