We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who is passionate about hiring, relationship-building, and communication. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team culture, and role expectations.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and database searches.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with interview panels, and ensure timely feedback collection.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future openings.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Recruitment Skills:

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and referral programs.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and match candidate profiles accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn about different technical roles such as software development, QA, DevOps, data analytics, and more.

2. Excellent Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good listening skills to understand candidate aspirations and job requirements clearly.
• Professional email etiquette and interview coordination skills.
• Ability to represent the company positively while engaging with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience is acceptable).
• Basic understanding of the IT industry and technical roles is an added advantage.
