About BCR Environmental Corporation
At BCR Environmental Corporation, we're revolutionizing how municipalities and industrial processors handle biosolids, organic wastes, and other process streams. Our technologies transform these materials into valuable products, helping to lower costs and mitigate risks. As a leading innovator in the municipal biosolids sector, BCR is rapidly expanding its reach into industrial markets through cutting-edge resource recovery projects, environmental remediation, and intricate processing solutions. Our solutions not only eliminate odors and enhance regulatory compliance but also streamline biosolids and organics management while converting waste into renewable resources.
BCR Environmental Corporation is a U.S.‑based clean technology and industrial solutions company delivering custom‑engineered thermal processing and biosolids treatment systems to municipal and industrial clients. Our core technologies—including Bio‑Scru® Dryer Systems, CleanB®, Neutralizer®, and screw‑type thermal processors—are capital, project‑driven systems built around critical rotating equipment and deployed through complex engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning projects.
BCR projects integrate rotating and mechanical equipment such as dryers, augers, screw conveyors, blowers, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and ancillary material handling systems, supported by engineering, field services, and aftermarket operations across North America.

Position Summary
BCR is seeking a part‑time Technical Recruiter with hands‑on experience recruiting for project‑based rotating equipment, industrial machinery, or capital equipment environments. This recruiter will support engineering, project management, field service, operations, and aftermarket roles tied to BCR’s rotating equipment, thermal processing systems and chemical treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruiting & Talent Sourcing
Recruit for project‑driven technical roles, including:
Mechanical & Electrical Engineers

Source candidates with experience in rotating equipment and mechanical systems, including dryers, augers, screw conveyors, motors, gearboxes, blowers, and pumps commonly used in industrial and municipal process environments.

Partner directly with BCR leadership, engineering, project management, and operations teams to understand near‑term and long‑term hiring needs across active and upcoming projects.
Translate project scope, lifecycle phases (design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty) into clear role requirements. Role Definition & Process Improvement
Draft and refine technical job descriptions that accurately reflect BCR’s equipment, field conditions, and project realities.
Help improve recruiting workflows for hard‑to‑find industrial and rotating‑equipment talent, including passive candidates.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a technical recruiter in one or more of the following environments:
Rotating equipment
Industrial machinery
Capital equipment or OEM project businesses
EPC, industrial services, or aftermarket organizations
Demonstrated understanding of project‑based equipment delivery, including design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and warranty support.

Ability to quickly understand mechanical and process terminology and speak credibly with engineers and technicians.
Preferred Experience
Experience recruiting for thermal processing, wastewater, energy, industrial manufacturing, or heavy equipment sectors.
Familiarity with quality, maintenance, or rotating equipment service organizations.
Prior work supporting small‑to‑mid‑size technical organizations where roles are highly specialized and business‑critical.
