Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid to Senior IT Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Mexico. The role is focused on sourcing and early-stage recruiting activities. Candidates must have previous end-to-end recruiting experience and a clear understanding of the full hiring lifecycle. Experience hiring IT profiles, working with Greenhouse, and using AI tools is required.
Key Responsibilities
•
Own sourcing activities for IT roles including Software Engineering, QA, Data, Cloud, and DevOps
•
Define and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche positions
•
Conduct market research on talent availability, compensation ranges, and competitive landscape
•
Share market insights to support hiring decisions and expectation alignment
•
Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
•
Conduct initial screening calls and technical pre-screens
•
Partner with Staffing and Coordination teams to ensure smooth handoff across the process
•
Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in Greenhouse
•
Support early salary discussions based on market data
•
Use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement
Required Experience and Skills
•
4+ years of experience in IT recruiting or technical sourcing
•
Previous hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
•
Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and seniority levels
•
Proven experience sourcing hard-to-fill profiles
•
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
•
Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•
Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish
•
Ensure clear, timely, and consistent follow-up with candidates at all stages

Experience working with nearshore or global teams

Staffing or consulting background

Experience hiring for US or international clients
