Job Summary
We're currently on the lookout for our next Technical Recruiter IT Software (20614) for our Latam Headquarter and we're looking for people with a decent conversational level of English who have experience hunting in the IT market as well as that passion that distinguishes the simple recruiters from the Hunters.
*** This is a Technical Recruiter position, not senior or lead. The process will be managed via email.
Responsibilities and Duties
•
Recruitment and selection of IT Software profiles for clients in United States.
•
Full end-to-end recruitment process for local accounts/clients (from Kick-Off, technical interviews, cultural-fit evaluations, to offer management and hiring).
•
Management, communication, and negotiation with mid‑ to senior‑level IT Software professionals, including Developers, AI specialists, Data roles, QA, PMs, and Cybersecurity profiles, among others.
•
Support in Personal Branding and Employer Branding initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
•
2+ years of experience in recruitment and selection (hunting and sourcing) within IT Software B2B companies.
•
Over 2 years of experience recruiting IT Software profiles across LATAM (Developers, QA, Data, BI, BA, UI/UX, DevOps).
•
Strong experience managing the full End‑to‑End Recruiting cycle.
•
Experience sourcing bilingual candidates and recruiting for U.S.-based accounts.
• Experience sourcing candidates and recruiting for COL and Latam based.
•
English level: B2 (comfortable interacting with international clients).
•
Skilled in Boolean search techniques across social and professional networks.
•
Experience working as a Headhunter for mid‑ and senior‑level IT profiles.
•
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
