As a Technical Recruiter, you will provide support in identifying the best technical talent on the market. In addition, you will work to determine the position requirements as well as advise on a posting and sourcing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ideas and strategies; maintain and analyse recruitment metrics, develop recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search.

• Create and post job descriptions, handle various portals & develop position-specific screening questionnaires

• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen (face to face and on telephone), interview.

• Determines applicant requirements by evaluating job descriptions and understanding client’s needs.

• Sources and attracts potential candidates through the use of job boards, referrals, networking, campus recruitments and the internal database.

• Visit Campus for recruitment drive. Create proper channel for communication & maintain good relationship with TPO's for campus visits.

• Qualifies candidates by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, verifying references, analysing responses and comparing skills and experience to job requirements.

• Determines salary requirements and negotiates pay rates with candidates.
