As a Technical Quotation & Sales Coordinator in our service department, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company:

• You will independently process and coordinate simple assembly lines modernisation enquiries, prepare the associated quotations and, if necessary, provide technical clarifications.
• You will prepare supplier enquiries based on existing data
• You will also maintain the data for standard modernisations in the system
• In addition, you will be committed to continuous improvements in the project planning of assembly lines modernisations.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your training, preferably in a technical field, ideally with further training as a technician/engineer or business economist (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience
• Experience with contracts is an advantage but not a must.
• You have technical understanding and reading technical documents (e.g. parts lists, circuit diagrams) is no problem for you
• You have good Danish and English skills
• Knowledge with Navision is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You have a careful, structured and independent way of working
• Your profile is rounded off by your organisational and coordination skills as well as your communicative and team-oriented nature
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and interest in the Pharma and MedTech sectors
