Job Summary:
As a Revisions Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the accuracy and quality of aircraft maintenance data within our Maintenance Tracking Platform. You will be responsible for performing updates to aircraft cores, applying revisions and ADSBs, and contributing to the successful build and maintenance of Master Cores. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and adherence to established processes and quality standards. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will help ensure our deliverables meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities::
• Apply approved revisions, ADSBs, and other updates to aircraft Master Cores in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Support the creation of new Master Core builds based on customer specifications and internal documentation standards.
• Perform quality control checks on maintenance tracking data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
• Participate in internal review cycles by documenting observations and providing feedback to improve deliverable quality.
• Collaborate with international team members to ensure consistency across updates and project deliverables.
• Assist in troubleshooting data issues or discrepancies, escalating complex problems to senior team members or leadership as needed.
• Contribute to briefing sessions and team meetings to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of all revisions and updates for audit and traceability purposes.
• Continuously build knowledge in aircraft maintenance tracking systems, standards, and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned that are typical for this role and level of responsibility.

For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $70,000 to $73,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role.
