Planner 5D is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive cross-platform delivery and bridge the gap between product vision and engineering.

You will::
• Drive the delivery of complex technical features across all our platforms: Web, iOS, Android, and Windows;

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and the Delivery Manager to refine strategy and technical roadmaps;

• Manage project lifecycles using our unique hybrid process (Scrum/Agile/Kanban), ensuring a balance between creative freedom and predictable delivery;

• Bridge the gap between product vision and technical implementation, translating high-level goals into clear, actionable technical requirements;

• Oversee projects involving AI and Machine Learning, helping the team navigate technical challenges in these domains;

• Facilitate communication within cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality releases.

Requirements::
• Have 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Lead Engineer in a product-driven company;

• Possess a strong technical background (CS degree or equivalent experience) and can “speak the same language” as our developers;

• Are experienced in managing multi-platform product development (Web, Mobile, and Desktop);

• Have a deep understanding of various SDLC methodologies and the flexibility to adapt them to a creative team environment;

• Are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with the autonomy that comes with a “custom-built” process.

• English level B2

Nice to have::
• Have hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge in AI / ML

• Knowledge of Russian language
