Technical Project Manager- Soluis

To be based in Vietnam- Remote or can be Hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City

Due to growth, we are seeking a highly-organised and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with experience of knowledge of Architecture/ Construction or Real Estate to support on a number of large and high profile UAE projects.

You will be a key figure in our Project Team studio team, where you will be responsible for driving project success in your key teams of engineering, web development and digital twin.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing schedules, workflows, and delivery of complex visualisation projects across global production teams.

Running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure alignment on project scope, milestones, and quality expectations.

Identify production risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges early, proactively resolving issues.

Create and manage detailed project timelines, resource allocations and change requests

Maintain a high standard of communication across internal teams and external clients

Support scoping and technical planning for new opportunities

You will be expected to join on client calls, updating on project timescales and updates.

There will be a level of flexibility around work times to fit in with our clients and teams.

You will be an experienced technical project manager used to working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
