Experience: 10 + Years

**Technical Project Manager – ServiceNow**

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex telecom IT projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Establish project schedules, effort estimates, and work breakdown structures (WBS)
• Manage risks proactively, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with telecom standards and regulations
• Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with global clients and manage multicultural teams
• Apply Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies, including scrum practices and relevant metrics tracking
• Lead ServiceNow development and implementation initiatives with hands-on technical expertise

**Required Qualifications:**

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Proven expertise in managing medium-sized teams and delivering complex projects
• Strong background in telecom domain and IT solutions
• Hands-on experience leading ServiceNow development and implementation projects
• Proficiency in Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies
