Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager based in Minsk to join our distributed engineering team. You will be responsible for coordinating the development, testing, and launch of our Restaurant POS products. You are someone who uses AI as a natural part of how you work, to plan better, communicate more clearly, and deliver faster.

You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, engineers, and designers across Minsk, Israel, and the U.S., and you will play a real role in building a brand new product.

This role requires in-office work 4 days a week at our Minsk office to collaborate with engineering and QA teams, and remote collaboration with the larger team in Israel and the U.S.

Responsibilities::
Coordinate Development and Testing

•
Develop and maintain a project plan and timeline for each project

•
Make sure the right resources are assigned to each project task

•
Track development and testing milestones and work to resolve issues that are blocking progress

•
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to draft status reports, summarize meetings, write documentation, identify risks, and optimize product delivery

•
Set up clear communication channels to keep the team and management informed

•
Produce documentation that can be used by both the development team and other departments

•
Serve as a resource for the team when issues need to be resolved

Status Reporting

•
Weekly report to NRS VP of Restaurant Technology and CTO

•
Periodic reports to NRS business stakeholders

•
Present project deliverables to other NRS departments

Integrations

•
Represent NRS to integration partners when needed

•
Quickly learn and understand partner products and services

•
Become familiar with partner technical documentation and support processes

•
Track integration status and work to resolve blocking issues

Collaboration

•
Lead Agile ceremonies, technical planning, and cross-functional meetings

•
Communicate clearly and work well across time zones

•
Overlap working hours by at least 3 hours with U.S. Eastern time zone

Required Qualifications::
•
5+ years of technical project management experience

•
Strong working knowledge of AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, with a real habit of using them to deliver better and faster results

•
Strong hands-on experience with Jira

•
Experience managing SaaS products or complex web platforms end to end

•
Understanding of CI/CD workflows

•
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects

•
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with U.S.-based teams

•
Good English skills, spoken and written

Work Schedule

You will be required to work from our office in Minsk 4 days per week

•
You will need to overlap your work hours so that at least 3 hours overlap with EST time zone.
