Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our fast-paced and dynamic Intelligent Solutions Applications Team. At Agile Robots SE, we are at the forefront of innovation in robotics technology, and your role will be pivotal in delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation in diverse industries.

Your Responsibilities:
• Manage the successful delivery of robotic modules or small system projects
• Management of cross-functional engineering teams to complete projects within time, budget, scope, and quality requirements
• Create, maintain, and execute product development plans, as well as project management tools such as action lists, risk registers, changelog, cost plans, etc. 
• Break down work packages within the project team and ensure task completion
• Ensure that all project team members and stakeholders are fully aware of the project objective and deliverables 
• Establish and ensure seamless and effective communication among project members and stakeholders
• Proactively identify potential risks, assess their impact, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective mitigation strategies
• Present the status of the projects to project teams and management

Essential Skills:
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience in robotics, aerospace, automotive, energy, IT, or related industries; a PhD in STEM fields may be considered in lieu of work experience
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; or relevant work experience and evidence of exceptional ability, or equivalent experience
• Professional experience in robotic application or system development projects, as well as in waterfall or agile project management
• Successful track record of delivering at least one project from requirements through to launch
• Good technical understanding of electronic hardware & embedded software or complex IT products, preferably for robotic or electronic systems 
• Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to adapt and remain solution-focused when faced with challenges 
• Proficient communication and presentation skills in English
• Availability for business-related travel (approximately 30%), primarily within Europe and occasionally to China, with travel expenses covered by the company

Beneficial Skills:
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications  
• Project management, scrum master, or product owner certificate 
• Good knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or Git
