Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong technological background, passionate about making an impact through AI-driven solutions? We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive delivery of innovative SaaS projects in a dynamic, global environment.

What are the responsibilities for this role?

• Lead medium to large-scale technical projects from conception to completion.

• Define project scope, establish timelines, and ensure adherence to project schedules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven solutions to fruition.

• Manage client delivery, including SOW validation, API integrations, AI model training, and more.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and advocate for best practices.

• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear communication.

• Proactively identify risks and lead with effective problem-solving strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS and AI/chatbot context.

• Proficient in tools such as Jira, with a solid understanding of SDLC, API integrations, and AI model evaluation.

• Proficient with technologies such as Replit, Claude Code, Flowise, Make, or similar AI tools.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to lead discussions among multiple stakeholders.

• Highly organized, tech-savvy, solutions-oriented, and ready to take initiative.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the CPG, Retail, or Banking sectors.

• Background in Product Management or proficiency in Python.

• Skills in Power BI, Looker, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
