As part of our ongoing global expansion, we are seeking experienced Technical Project Managers to join our team and lead cross-functional software projects that connect Japanese business stakeholders with international engineering teams.

Your Impact

As a Technical Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex, cross-functional software initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical plans. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the project lifecycle, from strategy to execution, guiding diverse teams through delivery with clarity, structure, and purpose. Your ability to navigate cultural contexts and bridge communication across regions will be essential in driving successful outcomes.

On a given day, a Technical Project Manager will:

• Align project strategies with organizational goals, leveraging data and insights to drive project performance.
• Define project scope, milestones, and timelines while ensuring transparency and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating cross-cultural communication and ensuring clarity and engagement across all parties.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track key metrics and KPIs to assess progress and continuously refine delivery approaches.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and team empowerment.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and contribute to broader strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
What Sets You Up for Success

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, within a software development environment.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, facilitating meetings/workshops, and working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and maintain a client-centric approach.
• A collaborative spirit with the confidence to operate autonomously.
