Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) to oversee the implementation of innovative enterprise solutions aimed at replacing outdated, siloed legacy systems. In this role, you will provide leadership to our project teams and act as the primary interface between our clients and ICE Consulting. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, delivering on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards and meeting customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation through execution, ensuring they meet defined scope, budget, and deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client requirements and company objectives.
• Coordinate and report project status to various stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
• Continuously monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively communicate with team members to identify challenges, devise solutions, and enhance processes.
• Analyze project economics, providing insights on cost benefits and return on investment.
• Manage change requests, scheduling meetings to discuss and implement approved changes.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of necessary resources during the project lifecycle.


Requirements:
Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of full-time project management experience.
• At least 3 years in a lead project management role.
• Proficiency with ticketing and quoting applications such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, and QuoteWerks.
• Experience in resource scheduling and technical support.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Background in Data, CRM, Cloud, or Digital projects.
• Experience in Process Transformation or Technology projects.
• Demonstrated adaptability in navigating ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
