About The Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of features and projects for our iGaming products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely execution, and high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, QA, and Marketing, to streamline processes and ensure a seamless delivery pipeline. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will manage project timelines, resources, and risks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on measurable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

● Feature Delivery Management: Own the delivery of features and updates from planning to release, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

● Project Coordination: Work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

● End-to-End Process Ownership: Drive the execution of projects across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring efficient handoffs and collaboration between teams.

● Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

● Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent updates on project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and senior management through detailed reporting.

● Third-Party and Integrations Management: Oversee vendor relationships, manage third-party API integrations, and address compatibility or performance issues.

● Process and Continuous Improvement: Optimize project management processes and foster learning through post-project reviews and feedback implementation.

About You:

● 5+ years of experience in a delivery or project management role within software development.

● Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and within scope with an in-depth understanding of the features.

● Proven experience working with iGaming technologies and third-party integrations.

● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

● Experience managing third-party integrations and APIs.

● Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

● Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts.

● A proactive problem-solver with strong risk and issue management abilities.

● Passion for scalability, process improvement, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

● Experience running effective Post-Mortems and implementing change.

● PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.
