About the Role:
Own, lead, and ship AI-powered clinical workflows on Azure as both program orchestrator and hands-on full-stack engineer. This role combines engineering, AI, product, and people leadership to turn complex systems into reliable, observable, cost-efficient workflows while writing production code daily. The role includes running cross-functional solution sessions, standardizing AI workflow design and implementation on Azure, and driving clarity, velocity, and accountability. Work directly impacts patient care by improving healthcare providers’ and patients’ experience.
Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on development mixed with technical leadership or TPM experience.
• Strong coding skills in TypeScript/React, Python/Node.js; familiarity with REST/gRPC, async jobs, and streaming outputs.
• Azure experience including Azure Functions Durable, Container Apps, Queues/Event Grid, KEDA, Blob Storage, AI Search, SQL/CosmosDB, Redis, and observability tools (App Insights, OpenTelemetry).
• AI/ML workflow orchestration experience with multi-model management, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and tool-calling (MCP).
• Excellence in Jira, Confluence, Git workflows, and asynchronous remote communication, preferably aligned with US shift hours.
• Preferred healthcare and regulatory domain expertise with data models like FHIR and compliance awareness (HIPAA, SOC 2/HITRUST).
• Strong communication skills for facilitating design sessions, bridging technical and business teams, and resolving conflicts.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and outcome-driven mindset comfortable with ambiguity and high-pressure delivery.
