Technical Project Manager Experience Platforms (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You lead the functional and technical implementation of customer projects on Digital Experience Platforms (e.g. Ibexa, Sitecore, AEM).
• You capture customer requirements and design functional specifications, project release plans/roadmaps, and best-fit software solutions, providing comprehensive consulting on technical implementation options.
• You transform complex roadmaps into milestones and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• You take responsibility for successful collaboration between our customers, development teams, and other internal stakeholders within OMMAX, thereby enhancing the efficiency of our cross-disciplinary teams.
• You advise on technical implementation options in close collaboration with the development teams.
• You handle the preparation and facilitation of project meetings for both customer and internal projects.
• You manage stakeholder communication as well as project schedules, budgets, as well as implementation plans and ensure high-quality project delivery on time and on budget.
• You act as a mentor and support the career development of your team members.

What we require::
• You hold a university degree with excellent grades in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role in an innovative company or implementation service provider.
• You have knowledge in writing technical requirements and a basic understanding of Experience Design (UI/UX) and SEO/SEA, as you will work closely with specialized departments.
• You have experience in successfully executing technical projects from concept to implementation.
• You have first certifications in the area of Digital Experience platforms technologies (e.g. Ibexa, Sitecore, AEM) and have implemented first projects with Digital Experience Platform solutions.
• You have experience in consulting and an understanding of the entire SDLC.
• You are distinguished by excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to understand, prioritize, analyze, and communicate business problems to developers.
• You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.
• You build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for our customers.
• You ensure the high quality of project deliveries through continuous monitoring and regular reviews.
• You proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize them.
• You are motivated and have a background in learning and developing new analytical methods, software applications, and tools.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high level of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
• You are fluent in English and German.
