• Role Summary
• We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in data engineering technologies (Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica) and a proven track record managing L3 support projects in the Banking domain. The role requires excellence in delivery management, client communication, agile execution, and team leadership.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and quality.
• Handle Fixed Price Delivery, effort estimations, forecasting, and project metrics tracking.
• Oversee L3 support operations, shift scheduling, SLA adherence, and escalations.
• Lead and mentor technical teams; handle performance, productivity, and workload planning.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, reporting, and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
• Manage client communications, stakeholder expectations, and business alignment.
• Create user stories, requirements documentation, and ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Support change management, process improvements, and delivery governance.

• Required Skills
• Strong understanding of Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica.
• Experience in Banking/BFSI projects (must‑have).
• Expertise in Project Delivery Management, Fixed Price Delivery, estimation & metrics.
• Strong in Client Management, Communications Management, stakeholder handling.
• Proficiency in Agile, Agile Metrics & Reporting, Backlog Grooming, Requirements/User Stories.
• Ability to Manage Outcome-Based Delivery and high-quality project execution.
• Knowledge of Digital Acumen and modern data/engineering ecosystems.
• Certifications preferred: CSM / PSM I.
• data engineering technologies (Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica) -
• ETL Datawarehouse Technology and MDM Knowledge
• Hands-on Knowledge of one of the technologies is a huge plus
