Job Description
A results-driven and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex supply chain initiatives on time and within scope. You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating requirements into clear delivery plans while keeping all moving parts aligned. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take full ownership of outcomes from kickoff to go-live, and are never afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
What You’ll Do
• Set and drive project timelines and milestones across distribution center (DC), logistics, and end-to-end supply chain initiatives, ensuring delivery commitments are met
• Keep external vendors and third-party teams aligned and accountable, proactively following up to ensure commitments are on track
• Map cross-team dependencies and orchestrate a diverse portfolio of logistics and DC projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Plan and schedule QA and developer resource allocation well in advance to support seamless sprint and release cycles
• Occasionally step into Product Owner (PO) responsibilities, including backlog management and ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders through clear, consistent, and proactive communication
• Develop and maintain contingency plans for delays, blockers, or unforeseen events to safeguard project delivery
• Demonstrate an owner’s mindset by proactively identifying gaps and pivoting strategies to stay aligned with evolving business objectives
• Exercise disciplined prioritization, keeping the team focused on high-impact objectives while deferring low-value requests
• Travel to distribution centers (DCs) as needed to support on-the-ground coordination and project validation
Requirements:
• +5 years of experience with strong involvement in project management
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across the organization
• Must be able to converse fluently in Thai language
• Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-team initiatives on time and within scope
• Experience in at least one supply chain domain — such as logistics, distribution center (DC) operations, procurement, inventory management, or end-to-end supply chain — is required
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to work effectively alongside engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities without losing sight of delivery commitments
