As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive smooth execution across hardware, electronics, logistics, and customer-facing projects. You will play a key role in ensuring our products move from concept to production and delivery with speed, quality, and clarity.
Your Mission
🚀 How you'll make an impact:
• Own and drive end-to-end hardware and electronics projects (Design, NPI & production), from planning to delivery
• Define and align scope, timelines, budgets, and priorities with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure smooth industrialization and delivery
• Lead clear internal and external communication, providing structured and timely project updates
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and scalable workflows (tools, templates, processes)
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in project execution and cross-team collaboration
• Support customer delivery planning, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are aligned
• Ensure product quality and reliability by coordinating testing, validation, and feedback loops
• Contribute to risk mitigation and decision-making with a structured, data-driven approach
Requirements:
🧩 What makes you a great fit:
• 5+ years of experience in project management for hardware or mechatronic product development environments
• Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles (design → validation → industrialization → production)
• Experience with BOM management, suppliers, and supply chain/logistics in a production context
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, PLM/ERP systems)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and external partners
• Proactive, structured problem-solver with strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with imperfect processes
• Excellent communication skills, including customer-facing interactions
• Fluency in English
