Job Description
Drive the execution of next-generation underwater security and energy technology
At Optics11, we develop advanced sensing and monitoring technologies for two critical domains: underwater security and energy infrastructure.
Our underwater security solutions help protect critical maritime infrastructure and assets in some of the world’s most demanding environments. In the energy sector, we develop advanced monitoring systems that enable early detection of issues in high-voltage transformers.
Our multidisciplinary teams combine hardware, embedded software, sensing technology, and data-driven applications to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions for customers worldwide.
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can transform our engineering roadmap into executable plans and successfully coordinate delivery across multiple technical domains.
In this role, you will operate at the center of product development, aligning engineering teams, managing priorities, coordinating integrations, and driving release readiness. You will work closely with Product Management, System Engineering, and technical leads to ensure projects are delivered with clarity, transparency, and technical excellence.

• Translate product roadmaps into actionable development plans and deliverables
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware and software domains
• Manage priorities, dependencies, timelines, and technical risks
• Drive integration and release planning across subsystems
• Ensure development scope and acceptance criteria are clearly defined
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and delivery readiness
• Create visibility around risks, trade-offs, and delivery status
• Support Go/No-Go decision-making for releases and milestones

• Operate at the heart of multidisciplinary system development;
• Collaborate with highly skilled engineers and technical specialists;
• Help shape products deployed in critical infrastructure environments;
• Combine strategic coordination with hands-on technical project execution.
