Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager with strong experience in the tech industry — ideally within food delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or logistics platforms.

In this role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact projects that directly affect live operations, merchant experience, customer journey, and platform scalability.

This is a fast-paced environment where speed, ownership, and clarity of execution are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations
• Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
• Manage tasks and projects alignment, release planning, and milestone tracking
• Ensure cross-functional coordination and remove blockers proactively
• Drive execution of initiatives related to platform enhancements, new features, integrations, and operational tools
• Manage risks, dependencies, and production impact considerations
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress, delays, and trade-offs
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
• Track KPIs post-launch and ensure smooth rollout and adoption
• Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a tech-driven company
• Strong experience in food delivery, e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics platforms
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional tech projects on time
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Strong risk management and dependency mapping skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, live production environments
• Experience with POS integrations, payment systems, or logistics flows
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
