THE ROLE

Pure Storage Cloud is entering its next phase—scaling the foundation of our subscription and commerce capabilities as we expand our service footprint globally. We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with deep program leadership to drive clarity, predictability, and impact across complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our multi‑cloud strategy. This is a highly visible role with broad influence and exposure to senior stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, legal, and go‑to‑market.

You’ll orchestrate the delivery of our cloud subscription program while maturing the operating model that keeps our most critical programs aligned and on track. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of the Pure Storage Cloud program by building and maintaining a rigorous operating rhythm, including quarterly planning, dependency mapping, and integrated roadmaps.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, and Data teams to proactively identify risks, unblock decision-making, and accelerate the execution of critical release milestones.

• Partner with engineering leadership to translate complex distributed systems, APIs, and data flows into actionable execution plans while anticipating integration challenges in a scaling environment.

• Define and track outcome-based OKRs and program health dashboards, utilizing data to provide executive-level visibility into delivery predictability, lead time, and business impact.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating postmortems and refining the operating model to increase decision velocity and delivery reliability.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven expertise in technical program management within Cloud, SaaS, or platform environments, demonstrating a track record of delivering complex, multi-team programs from conception to launch.

• Strong domain knowledge in subscription, commerce, or cloud service delivery (e.g., identity/SSO, provisioning, billing, or lifecycle management), allowing you to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.

• Mastery of core program management practices, including risk/RAID management, change management, release governance, and the ability to drive incident-to-improvement loops.

• Data‑driven leadership: you define meaningful KPIs/OKRs and use metrics to guide trade‑offs and course‑correct.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the skill to influence without authority across global time zones and varying levels of leadership, from individual contributors to executives.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
