Job Description
As the Technical Program Manager at EdgeUno, you will play a crucial role in leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. You will coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.

Core Responsibilities
• Iteratively manage the company’s network infrastructure projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation.
• Manage and deliver services to clients for the entire product portfolio of the company.
• Collaborate with the team and help your peers grow through hands-on mentorship, product guidance, and customer interactions.
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risks within and across multiple projects.
• Ensure the project team meets the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget, while also championing the quality and integrity of the end result.
• Effectively and clearly manage both internal and external communications.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
• Prioritize and promote clarity in a highly dynamic and demanding environment.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

Requirements
• Proven experience in the cloud, hosting, data center, and/or telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in project management for network infrastructure projects.
• Strong history of delivering client services across diverse product portfolios.
• Proficient in team mentorship, product guidance, and fostering customer interactions.
• Proficiency in establishing project processes and managing risks.
• Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with external resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
