Technical Program Manager, Metal - AI Models

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead ML / AI model development initiatives with our engineering teams, bringing state of the art workloads to our AI Accelerators. In this role, you will drive programs that span multiple engineering and cross functional teams from silicon to software delivery. You will partner with technical leads to prioritize development, streamline workflows, and ensure model delivery results in a seamless customer experience.

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON; or Santa Clara, CA.

Who You Are

• Passionate about the ML / AI Model landscape, familiarity with state of the art model architectures (LLM, CNN, DiT, MoE, etc), and follow market trends.

• A technically fluent TPM with proven ability to manage 20+ engineer programs, external vendors, and full software stacks from bare-metal to ML frameworks.

• Systems thinker who can break down large projects into clear, trackable pieces

• Proactive communicator who’s comfortable leading cross-functional discussions between engineering and business teams.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
