About the Role

We’re a fast-growing startup entering a new phase where scalable systems, data integrity, and cross-functional execution underpin our ability to scale globally. We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager (BizOps) to turn strategy into execution - partnering with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations to deliver high-impact programs.

This role is perfect for someone who is:

• Technical enough to work alongside engineers and evaluate automation/AI solutions

• Operationally minded enough to build processes and drive cross-functional change

• Structured enough to manage complex programs

• Curious enough to pick up ambiguous business problems

In this role, you’ll convert high-level Strategy & Operations direction into technical specs, scalable workflows, and operational systems. You’ll act as the execution engine behind our strategy, making sure the tools, automation, data foundations, and cross-functional processes required for growth are built and successfully rolled out.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Scoping & Solution Design

• Translate business challenges into technical requirements.

• Assess tooling solutions, AI/automation opportunities, low-code/no-code options, or internal builds.

• Work with Engineering & Product to scope features, workflows, and systems changes.

• Support cost/ROI analysis for automation and internal tools.

• Program & Project Management

• Own cross-functional programs end-to-end: timelines, dependencies, standups, documentation, stakeholder updates.

• Drive clarity and alignment across Product, Eng, GTM, and Ops.

• Ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows.

• Change Management & Cross-Functional Enablement

• Document new processes and tools in a clear, scalable way.

• Run enablement/training for internal teams.

• Ensure that operational rollouts are smooth and well-adopted.

What we would like to see:

• 3+ years in: Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Business Operations, Product/Engineering Program roles, or similar.

• SaaS background preferred.

• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with workflow automation, AI tools, business systems, or internal tooling.

• Strong analytical rigor; SQL or technical querying is a plus.

• Excellent project management skills; comfortable owning execution end-to-end.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
