Technical Product Specialist – Busway solutions

•Provide advanced technical support and consultancy during RFQs, including solution design, system architecture, and compliance for busway (busbar trunking) systems.

•Develop and validate technical proposals, including single-line diagrams, layouts, routing concepts, and integration with UPS, switchgear, and overall power distribution systems.

•Prepare high-quality technical documentation for tenders and projects, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, industry standards, and data center requirements.

•Support solution optimization by balancing technical performance, cost efficiency, and installation feasibility.

•Provide technical guidance on product selection, sizing, redundancy concepts, and system configurations for critical power applications.

•Deliver technical presentations and conduct workshops with customers, consultants, and partners to promote busway solutions.

•Support the introduction and positioning of new busway products in the market, including competitive benchmarking and value proposition development.

•Collect and structure customer feedback, translating market requirements into inputs for product development and localization.

•Support FAT and SAT activities when required, ensuring that delivered solutions meet technical expectations.

•Troubleshoot technical challenges during design, installation, and commissioning phases, supporting project teams as needed.

•Collaborate with installation partners and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of busway systems.

•Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IEC, local regulations) and best practices in electrical design and installation.

•Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (power systems or equivalent).

•8+ years of experience in electrical power distribution, with strong exposure to data center or critical infrastructure projects.

•Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consultancy, or solution design for busway systems or similar LV distribution solutions.

•Strong knowledge of busbar trunking systems, low-voltage distribution, and system integration (UPS, switchgear, PDUs).

•Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements, and translate them into optimized solutions.

•Experience with electrical design tools and preparation of technical documentation (SLDs, layouts, calculations).

•Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

•Commercial awareness with the ability to support value-based selling.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and structured approach.

•Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

•Willingness to travel occasionally across the EMEA region.
