As a Technical Product Owner (Platform), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal platforms and services that empower our development teams. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our biometric solutions, impacting millions of users worldwide. You will be responsible for translating requirements from internal stakeholders into actionable plans for the platform development team, communicating clear timelines (ETAs), coordinating the integration of features developed by R&D, and ensuring timely delivery within the platform team. You'll have the opportunity to:

📅 Within one month, you will…

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our biometric products and internal platforms.
• Familiarize yourself with our development processes and tools, including Jira for Kanban workflows.
• Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders and development teams.

📅 Within three months, you will…

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and prioritize feature requests and requirements.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with R&D to oversee the development of new features for integration into our platforms.

📅 Within six months, you will…

• Lead the planning and execution of quarterly roadmaps for internal platforms and services.
• Monitor the progress of feature development and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication among internal stakeholders and within the development team, support the definition and tracking of team objectives (e.g., OKRs), and promote alignment and clarity throughout the delivery process.

• Contribute to the creation of annual roadmaps, aligning platform development with company objectives.

Requirements:
About You

You are a technically adept product owner with a strong understanding of backend systems and APIs. You excel at translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans and thrive in collaborative environments. Your proactive approach and attention to detail enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

Must-have qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development environments.
• Solid understanding of API design principles (REST or gRPC), backend systems, and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including managing and prioritizing work for cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Practical experience managing product backlogs and workflows using Jira.

Advantages (nice-to-have):

• Familiarity with Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience or knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar cloud/container technologies.
• Experience with documentation and version control tools such as Confluence and Git.

Benefits:
Compensation

At Innovatrics, we offer highly competitive salaries because we value top talent focused on creating meaningful customer impact. Compensation is based on your experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Base salary is starting from 3 000 EUR / Month based on your experience it can go up to 4 500 EUR / Month.
