Technical Product Manager - Fintech

This is an onsite role in our office in Nicosia.

We are  hiring a Technical Product Manager with strong Business Analysis capability to support and evolve our Wealth Management and Family Governance platforms. This role is hands-on and execution-focused - ideal for someone who can structure problems, write clear requirements and work closely with engineering to deliver.

You will work across:

The Wealth Management platform (portfolio, trading, reporting, integrations), and

The Family Governance platform (family structures, workflows, and engagement tools)

You will own delivery within your scope, support product direction and ensure business requirements are translated into clear, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own delivery of features end-to-end 

Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with business needs

Work closely with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality releases

Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and day-to-day Agile execution

Maintain clear and structured documentation in JIRA and Confluence

Support continuous improvement of product processes and ways of working

Gather and structure requirements from stakeholders across business and operations

Translate needs into clear user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria

Map workflows across financial processes and governance structures

Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and understood by engineering

Participate in client demos, workshops and feedback sessions

Capture insights and translate them into actionable product improvements

Requirements

3-5 years in Product Management, Product Owner or Business Analyst roles within FinTech, WealthTech or B2B SaaS startup environments 

Proven experience supporting product delivery from requirements through to release and strong command of product frameworks: prioritization, discovery, delivery

Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, draw conclusions, build arguments

Understanding of technical architecture, ability to speak the same language as engineering

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Slack and analytics tools

Independence in decision-making and readiness to take responsibility

Ability to influence without authority - persuade, not push and to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and shifting priorities

Strong communication skills: from founder presentations to daily standups

English and Russian languages at working professional capacity

Bonus Points

Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Refinitiv, or Bloomberg is a plus

Exposure to financial workflows (trading, reporting, portfolio management)

Familiarity with governance or succession-related concepts

Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in daily work
