Role Overview

We’re looking to bring on a junior profile with a Technical Product background to help us grow and maintain our documentation (API and platform) and support the definition of new features. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow in atechnical environment with complex products and real impact in the European market.

Key Responsabilities

API technical documentation: Create, maintain and improve developer guides and API reference documentation.

User manuals & platform docs: Write clear, accessible documentation tailored to different user profiles.

Product development support: Participate in the conceptualization of new features and support their definition and delivery.

Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with the technical team to understand new functionality and translate it into high-quality documentation.

QA alignment: Coordinate with QA to validate expected behavior and ensure documentation matches the product.

UI/UX consistency: Collaborate with UI/UX to ensure coherence between product experience and documentation content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Junior profile with education or early experience in technical product engineering, or similar.
Strong technical writing skills and ability to explain concepts in a simple, structured way.
Fluent English, Spanish and catalan (spoken and written) — essential for technical documentation and crossteam collaboration.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to different audiences (developers and non-technical users).
Familiarity with API integrations and concepts like REST, webhooks, etc.
Basic programming knowledge.

Valuable / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with technical documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Markdown, etc.).
Knowledge of electronic invoicing.
Regular use of Postman / Insomnia and/or API testing tools.
Understanding of UX writing / information architecture and content structure
