As a Technical Product Lead, you will drive the strategy and delivery of data and AI products that power planning, sourcing and delivery across our global operations. You will partner with experts across manufacturing, supply chain, and technology to shape a product portfolio that boosts reliability, speed and agility, while introducing GenAI capabilities that elevate decision-making and productivity.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends product thinking with technical depth. You will translate bold goals into clear roadmaps, orchestrate cross-functional delivery, and scale solutions with robust engineering practices. Your work will help the business perform at its peak—shortening cycles, improving service levels, and ultimately getting life-changing medicines to patients faster.

Accountabilities:

• Product Strategy and Alignment: Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals, focusing on high-value supply chain outcomes and measurable impact.
• Coordinate the discovery, build, and operation of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. This includes work from PoC to secure, observable, and reliable production. Ensure value is realized at scale. le.
• Roadmap Decomposition: Break down feature epics into technical tasks, manage dependencies across teams, and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Quality, Scale, and Sustainability: Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery through strong engineering standards, data governance, and performance management.
• Stake-holder Partnership: Collaborate with technology and business teams to design and deliver innovative solutions, bringing together product, data science, engineering, and operations.
• Research and Innovation: Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation, including evaluating and piloting GenAI tools where they can amplify productivity and insights.
• Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation through data-driven prioritization, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform health.
• Product Excellence and Standards: Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools, codifying standard processes and reusability across teams.
• Near-term Delivery: Lead the build of AI-powered supply chain use cases such as forecasting, planning, quality, and logistics, demonstrating clear business outcomes.
• Long-term Scaling and Governance: Establish the frameworks, patterns, and operating model to continuously deliver, scale, and sustain a growing product portfolio.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Exposure of Pharma Supply Chain Domain
• Experience of delivering Digital products using Data, Analytics, AI technologies.
• Expertise in Data Analytics, AI technologies.
• Experience leading complex data, AI projects.
• Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stake-holder leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Bachelor's - degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Master's - Degree, M.B.A, or Ph.d in a relevant field
• Product/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutions
• Previous involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environment
• Awareness of use case specific GenAI tools available in the market and their application in day-to-day work scenarios.
• Possess working knowledge of basic prompting techniques and continuously improve these skills.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in AI and GenAI, applying new insights to work-related situations
