• Backlog Management – Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing needs across Solution Product Managers, Engineering, and senior leadership
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with SPMs to refine requirements, ensure alignment, and translate vertical needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Platform Ownership – Act as custodian of your platform area, ensuring solutions are high-quality, consistent, and forward-thinking
• Product Development – Partner with designers and technical leads to synthesise competing requirements into solutions that serve both specific and broad customer needs
• Data-Driven Decisions – Analyse user interaction data to assess feature impact, inform prioritisation, and identify gaps in visibility
• Delivery Leadership – Own on-time, to-scope delivery outcomes. Proactively manage programs of work with strong delivery discipline combined with product thinking
• Agile Product Ownership – Write clear user stories, lead iterative development, and apply structured agile practices with predictable timelines
• Program Management – Identify and manage resources, dependencies, risks, and timelines. Coordinate releases and report progress to leadership
• Process Excellence – Maintain process hygiene and ensure teams have clarity and confidence to deliver

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (technical background preferred)

Experience:

• 5+ years as Technical Product Manager, Technical Product Delivery Manager, or product-focused Program/Project Manager working with technical teams

• Proven track record delivering quality products to market with Product and Engineering teams

• Experience with highly technical products and organizations

• Digital and SaaS product development experience

• Understanding of internal and customer-facing APIs in complex solution delivery

• Familiarity with CI/CD deployments in modern cloud DevOps environments

Technical Background:

• Software development, geospatial, or similar technical background preferred

Skills:

• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Strong ability to identify and resolve ambiguity

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Effective team influence and collaboration

• Sound understanding of software development processes

• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Monday, Project, etc.)

• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Agile, Scaled Agile, etc.)

• Passion for technology
