E2E Koordination von Incidents im Netzwerkbereich für DTAG (inkl. Bereitschaft zur Übernahme einer Rufbereitschaft) und Monitoring des CN DTAG Netzwerks sind die Hauptschwerpunkte bei dieser Position.

• Netzwerkverständnis sowie Begeisterung für neue Technologien/Prozesse
• die Qualität und Betriebsstabilität des Service sicherstellen
• die für den Betrieb und die Entwicklung des Service notwendigen Skills kennen
• Begeisterung für agile Methoden mitbringen

• Englischkenntnisse B1

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du monitors die CN DTAG Netzwerk national und auch international, initiierst Korrekturmaßnahmen bei auftauchten Fehler im Verkehr (proaktive Monitoring)
• Du führst Aktivitäten beim Netzwerkfehler aus, erledigst die reaktiven Tickets und kontaktiers die Provider bei nötigen Fällen.
• E2E Koordination von Incidents im Netzwerkbereich für DTAG (inkl. Bereitschaft zur Übernahme einer Rufbereitschaft)
• Priorisierte, effiziente und schnellstmögliche Incidentkoordination bis zur Incidentbehebung
• Technische Koordination und Unterstützung der Kommunikation zwischen den Lösungsgruppen
• Sicherstellung des regelmäßigen Informationflusses zwischen dem Management und den Lösungsgruppen
• Du brichst alte Strukturen und Denkweisen und sorgst für eine offene und transparente Kommunikation.
• Du sorgst mit dafür, dass Relentless Improvement und Automatisierung Eingang in die Team Arbeitsweisen und Prozesse finden.
