IntellectEU
is a technology company specializing in blockchain, digital assets, and financial infrastructure. We design and deliver production-grade platforms and integration services for banks, payment networks, and fintech companies navigating the convergence of traditional finance and decentralized systems.
We are expanding into the stablecoin, tokenized deposit, and programmable payments market — and we need a domain expert who can sit at the intersection of client engagement and technical credibility.
This role sits at the front line of IntellectEU's growth in digital money infrastructure — translating complex blockchain technology into compelling business outcomes for financial institutions, payment networks, and enterprise clients.
You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to identify, qualify, and close contracts — both product licenses and bespoke development services engagements. You are the person in the room (or on the call) who can discuss SWIFT integration and smart contract settlement logic in the same breath.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients — banks, payment processors, central banks, and fintechs — to surface pain points and map them to IntellectEU solutions
Craft and deliver compelling demos, proof-of-concept narratives, and solution architectures for stablecoin issuance, tokenized deposit rails, and cross-border payment systems
Own the RFP/RFI response process for digital payments and tokenization engagements, collaborating with engineering to ensure proposals are both accurate and winnable
Develop client-facing materials: pitch decks, technical white papers, use case briefs, and ROI frameworks tailored to financial decision-makers
Act as the primary domain voice in deal cycles — qualifying opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, and guiding clients from interest through contract signature
Monitor regulatory developments (MiCA, DORA, FedNow, ISO 20022 alignment) and competitive landscape to keep IntellectEU's positioning sharp
Feed market intelligence back to the product team to inform the roadmap for IntellectEU's stablecoin and tokenization product suite
Support conference speaking, thought leadership, and partner ecosystem development as a recognizable voice in the digital money space
Requirements:
5+ years in payments, digital assets, or financial infrastructure — in a client-facing, pre-sales, or solution architect capacity
Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics (fiat-backed, algorithmic, CBDC-adjacent), tokenized deposit frameworks, and programmable payment use cases
Ability to navigate both C-suite business conversations and technical architecture reviews with engineering leads
Working knowledge of correspondent banking, settlement rails (RTGS, ACH, SEPA), and messaging standards (SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022)
Experience working with or selling into banks, payment networks, card schemes, or regulated financial institutions
Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a clear executive summary and a smart message with equal ease
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, consultative sales environment with long deal cycles and high-stakes client relationships
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with stablecoin issuance platforms, tokenization middleware, or digital wallet infrastructure
Existing network within the payments or digital assets ecosystem — central banks, tier-1 banks, payment networks
Prior experience at a blockchain infrastructure company, payments consultancy, or fintech vendor
