Job Description
We strive to make The Wonderful Company true to its name through our mission to bring positive, multi-generational change to the communities we serve by leveraging our business acumen and hands-on approach to Corporate Social Responsibility. The purpose of our work is to disrupt the cycle of poverty in the Central Valley of California through a relentless focus on the social determinants of health with an unwavering commitment to helping the region's children grow up with better opportunities than their parents had.
Through the Wonderful Career Center (WCC) we are offering a free Technical Opportunity Training Program (TOP) where graduates can use their certificates of completion to help launch their careers into potentially higher-paying roles with companies like the Wonderful Business Units and our Wonderful Logistics Center Partners. However, we cannot promise that the program will lead to employment. *
The Wonderful Technical Opportunity Program is an unpaid, free training program that aims to prepare individuals for a high-paying role through mechanical or electrical training. You will learn the basics of electrical and mechanics through lectures, videos, and hands-on mini-lab activities. We are looking for individuals with life or work experiences in problem solving who are not to work with equipment or technology. If you have a willingness to learn and work hard – this training is for you!
*This is an unpaid, technical training program and does not guarantee a full-time job. However, upon completion of the training program, graduates will be considered to interview for a full-time position at the Wonderful Pistachio & Almond Company.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
Program Dates: 5/18/2026 – 5/29/2026
