Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the technical operations of multiple hotel units.
This role is ideal for a technically skilled and highly organized professional who can manage projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and effectively coordinate both internal teams and external partners.
You will play a key role in supporting large-scale technical projects, maintaining compliance standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Group’s facilities.
Core Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical projects (upgrades, renovations, and new developments) across multiple hotel units, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Monitor project costs and support effective budget control and resource allocation.
Maintain and update all technical documentation, licenses, and certifications, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Coordinate permits, inspections, and certifications (e.g. environmental, fire safety, utilities) and liaise with public authorities and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Coordinator and in-house technical teams to support ongoing operations and technical interventions when required.
Ensure timely execution of mandatory inspections (e.g. electrical, HVAC, and other critical systems).
Coordinate external partners (engineers, consultants, contractors, inspectors) to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally within hospitality or multi-site environments
Proven experience in project management and coordination of external partners
Strong knowledge of building systems and electromechanical installations
Experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, and working with public authorities
Professional license/TEE registration and/or postgraduate studies in Facility Management will be considered an asset
Very good command of English
