Job Description

We’re a growing tech company building exciting solutions and scaling fast — and we need someone who can keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work directly with the founder to manage teams, track execution, and ensure projects ship on time. If you enjoy making things work, optimizing processes, and leading people toward results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily operations across teams
• Lead, motivate and manage the tech team in an agile environment
• Monitor projects, deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely execution
• Set up and track company performance metrics
• Work with HR to recruit, onboard and retain top talent
• Improve internal processes to increase speed and efficiency
• Help scale the company and build a strong culture of ownership & excellence

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience managing tech teams or technical operations
• A strong initiative-taker with an ownership mindset
• A proven history of delivering results and meeting deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail
• Clear communication, leadership and team management ability
